| Q: Do alarm systems need to be serviced regularly? |
| A: Yes they do all components of the system are tested for correct operation. |
| Q: Do backup batteries need to be changed? |
| A: Yes, we check batteries annually and they should be replaced every 3 years because they can no longer hold a full charge as they deteriorate with age. This is critical when there is a power cut. |
| Q: I cannot remember my user code for my alarm system, what do I do? |
| A: We can default most control panels so that a new code can be entered. |
| Q: My alarm has stopped working, what are my options? |
| A: We can repair most systems. |
| Q: I already have an alarm system, is there anything else I can do to secure my property? |
| A: You can add perimeter sensors which activate the alarm system before the intruder enters your property. We can use wireless detectors for this purpose so no cables used. |
| Q: Can I find out if my alarm system has been activated when I'm away from my property? |
| A: You can have a speech dialler fitted on any alarm system which can call 4 telephone numbers including mobile phones. |
